When putting on or taking off your frames, always use both hands to gently hold the front of the frame. This helps maintain the shape and balance of your eyewear. When cleaning, hold the frame near the lenses and gently wipe them with a microfiber cloth. Please handle your frames with care—strong impacts or excessive force can distort the frame or damage the lenses. For your safety, we recommend avoiding wearing your frames during any physical activities or exercise.
Acetate frames are sensitive to heat and temperature changes. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or leaving your frames in a hot environment, such as inside a car, may cause the shape to warp. Store your frames in a cool, shaded place when not in use. Metal frames are particularly sensitive to moisture, which can lead to discoloration or damage to the frame’s finish if not properly cared for. After exposure to water or sweat, gently wipe the frames with a microfiber cloth to keep them dry. Be mindful that products like sunscreen, hair spray, hand sanitizer, and nail polish remover can damage both acetate and metal frames if they come into contact with the surface. If your frames are used for an extended period without lenses inserted, they may gradually lose their original shape. We recommend using the frames with lenses inserted to maintain their proper structure.
Always place your frames with the lenses facing up to prevent scratches. When storing them in the case, cover the lenses with a microfiber cloth for added protection. Avoid cleaning your lenses with soaps or detergents that contain alkaline substances, as these can damage the lens coating. If your lenses become scratched or damaged, we recommend replacing them promptly, as continued use may strain your eyes.
